My first try at WW after playing around with other diets last year and not losing any weight. Really hoping I can stick to it and lose the weight.

Not to bad today had takeaway it's really strange that you can eat it on a diet. Made sure what I didn't eat went in the bin so I would not go back for seconds.Turned down some chocolate brownie and also had 3 bags of sweets brought me so going to split them up and have a few at a time.

My weigh in is Friday hoping for 4lbs this week with it being my first one. Just hoping the diet works for me my body seems to hate losing weight then I tend to give up.
 
Good luck with being good it can be so hard at times hope you lose that 2lbs ASAP

Had takeaway today didn't want to have it but I refused yesterday to have something from the kebab shop. I have manged to stay in points for the day and will put the rest of the pizza in the bin or freezer
