Hi,

I've just seen some of the above (tinned) on offer in Tesco and am wondering whether they're free on Original/EE or whether they have a syn value?

According to Tesco's website, the ingredients are simply mackerel and salt. So if mackerel is free (I think it is, but I don't have my book to hand) then it will be free.

Mackerel is free yes

i bought the Indian flavoured tin. Yummy yummy with rice.

I could only find the natural one on Tesco website. You will need to look at the ingredients list if it is a flavoured one.
