Joining LL

Hello :) and welcome, I'm in week four and have just found the forums, CBT is great stuff, it might also help you to read up on transactional analysis. I've also got a work book - Mind Over mood that is cbt based that I am doing at home that really helps. Hold onto that enthusiasm!
 
personally id reccommend lighter life, it helps you identify why you overeat instead of just saying its cause im stressed, etc :)
