I'm leaving in 20 minutes to join slimming world. I've given it a half hearted go in the past, but let my portion sizes get the better of me and forgot the bit about stopping eating when I'm full!
I'm hoping I can get the hang of it this time and put a bit more effort in as I really need to get control of my weight! We're hoping to start TTC in April and I'd like to lose a bit of weight beforehand and I figure slimming world might be a good fit because I'll be able to continue with it if I get pregnant, which I hope will help me see it as a long term plan, rather than a short term thing that I'd have to give up if I get pregnant.
