JoJo's food Diary - Start date 23/11/11 end date when I am bloody well thin.

    Breakfast: 0pp
    1 x Banana - 0pp
    black coffee - 0pp
    1 x Sugar free redbull - 0pp

    Snack: 6pp
    1 x Food doctor seeded pitta bread - 4pp
    1 x Low Low cheese slice - 2pp

    Lunch: Approx PP - 10pp
    Small amount of pasta pesto & pine nuts (from salad bar) - 7pp ?
    Brocolli and carrot salad in light dressing - 3pp ?
    lettuce , onion and peppers

    Covering myself with 10pp for lunch


    Dinner:




    Exercise:
    30 minute walk with dog

    Im pretty sure its 2pp per slice , its the low low medium white cheese slice. does anyone know for sure?
