Hi all, started ww on the mon 4th March, and thought I would write a online diary to hopefully keep me ontrack as well as hopefully getting some input from other members wherever necessary ;) im gona write my entries from when I started on Monday so here goes:

MONDAY 4TH

BREAKFAST:

Well had a really late one lastnight, went out partying, got in at 6am stayed within my weeklys luckily and made sure I didn't eat anything out! So yay to me lol but had a mega lay in so the menu today is a bit all over the place!
