    Hi everyone. I've been doing JUDDD for about 2 1/2 weeks now and getting on surprisingly well I'm happy to say. 9lbs off in the first 2 weeks :).
    But I have to addmitt I'm feeling a little lonley. So if there are anymore JUDDer's out there (past or presant) please say hello:flirt2:

    Just a quick bit of info about myself.

    48:jelous:, living with grumpy farmer (I think thet all are). Enjoy being out doors, horse riding,walking gardening and Zumba (not outdoors!)

    LOL. Hi LittleSis. I lost a stone last time but I've put it back on again. No other diet suits me as well as this one does though so I'm determined to stick to it this time.

    Glad to see so many people on the other thread!

    I've fallen by the way this week, we've been eating out a lot!
    I find this diet easy to stick to (as long as you don't keep being asked to eat out!!). I did LL back in 2006 and lost over 4 stn bit I put most of that back on:( I camr across an articl about this diet and thought I could do that and other than tripping up this week I've had no problems :) I'm also happy I'll be able to start again after the weekend. I just hope I haven't put to much back on this week!!
