I primarily use MFP to record my eating but if I put it here, least you lot can tell me off if I eat something naughty! I started off on 1200 but it wasn't maintainable after eating 2200 so I've upped it to 1450 and still manage to go over most days, gah!


2nd Nov '12

B - 2 x small banana's with 2 tbsp of low fat natural yoghurt - 178kcal
200ml of Asda Orange & Mango Juice - 92kcal

L - Going out for a carvery with my grandma but will get the child's plate :/ - 800kcal

D - carrot and parsnip soup - 158kcal
2 x wholemeal bread with spread - 224kcal

S - 250ml Chocolate Milk - 185kcal

E - 9mins jogging - 127kcal
8mins brisk walking - 60kcal

Total: 1637kcal - 187kcal = 1450kcal

85g Tiger Bread with butter - 323kcal
2 x slices chargrilled chicken 56kcal

D - Honey Roast Gammon & Salad - 388kcal

S - can of 7UP - 135kcal
Toffee Apple - 200kcal
Glass of Bucks Fizz - 145kcal


Total: 1722kcal whoops

D - Fajita mix with couscous and salad - 428kcal

B - Tiger bread with leftover gammon slices and glass of orange and mango juice - 508kcal

L - Mackerel with lettuce and cucumber, glass of chocolate milk :X - 401kcal

D - Handful of chippy chips and thin sliced ham - 449kcal

B - Fruit & Yoghurt with decaf coffee - 182kcal

L - Tuna Mayo Sandwich & snack a jacks - 373kcal

D - Sweet potato with cheese, mackerel and salad - 679kcal

S - Decaf Coffee, biscuit and chupa chup :S - 322kcal

Total - 1556kcal :/
 
Juney - really like your food diary its all very normal and not "diet-y" , yesterdays dinner sounds scrumptious!!

B - Two dippy eggs with wholemeal bread - 458kcal

L - Tuna Sandwich & Snack a Jacks - 533kcal

D - Tiger bread topped with salsa, chicken slice and edam with salad - 605kcals

E - 40 minutes leisurely swimming - 422kcal

Total = 1596

Too much bread today!
