Just Dance

Does anyone use Just Dance as part of their exercise routine?

And does anyone know, or know how to work out, how many calories you can burn doing Just Dance?

hiya I play just dance with the kids- its great fun If you google calorie burned calculator you could work it out on one of those- many have a dance option. thanks for the great idea- never thought to actually work it out

Thanks greenygirl, I found a calorie calculator on google. No problem, I hadn't thought about using Just Dance as part of my workout routine untl someone else suggested it to me. I think it'll be quite a good workout.

I've got Just Dance, but I've only used it a couple of times. Not sure why, but I just don't find it as fun as the other stuff! It got me out of breath and a bit sweaty, after 40 minutes.
