Just had my evening soup. Was quite nice really, in a dieting kind of way. Having the different flavour options will make is so much easier than the lipotrim, although I hope I don't need to be on it for too long.

But I have bought a copy of the 30 day shred, you guys have said how great it is. Will it do bingo wings, lol.
