35g oats is 6 syns. They try to make healthy extras around 6 syns worth, some are a little less (e.g. bread slices) but when you get an exact gram measurement like cereals, it's almost always 6 syns.
You'll also need to add a bit for the milk if they took that from their allowance, but that won't be very much for almond milk - probably half a syn. And the raspberries, depending how many you used. It's 1 syn per 100g cooked.
