I just went to Boots. The lady said to be careful of too many vitamins.Maybe it would unbalance what I am taking in food wise) The hair products ranged from 35 quid for a month down to the bog standard 5.99 for the hair nail and whatsit stuff. (You can tell I'm woolly cos it's day 2!)
Any recommendations. My hair fell out on Atkins. It's not a good look! I want to guard against it if at all possible.
