just started on shakethatweight hopefully get some results

Hi Guys

Been browsing on this site for a wee while now and have decided to take the plunge and ordered up a pack of shake that weight in the hope that I can get some results. I have been on a detox for a week now, only things i have been eating are porridge, chicken, turkey and vegetables. I will probably need to cut out the porridge I'd guess, hopefully I will get somewhere. I went on a four month porridge only diet a year ago which worked, lost weight, put on some weight, not a lot more than what I lost, however it's creeping up on me. I'm hoping to get from a mens jean size 42 to a 36 and I would be really happy as I'm not a small guy. Anyway hopefully I will get some results with this
