hi all!

Rejoined SW last week (Wednesday) after almost a years absence. I want to lose weight and get back to a decent level of fitness. I've also been told I may have gallstones so I need to cut out fat where possible, I'm having blood tests on Tuesday and waiting for a scan.
Not finding things too hard going so far, my appetite hasn't been that great because of all the digestive upset I've been having with the suspected g/s but had lots of bloating, icky

Anyway sorry if tmi!

So I'm 11st 2 hopefully going down to a much trimmer 9st 12!!
 
Feel come back @kazz43 hope you find some relief and get comfortable soonest.

Breakfast shredded wheat (hex b)
200mls soya milk (unsweetened- hex a 400mls)
Granulated sweetener- free
Banana- free
Soya yoghurt with almond 4 tsp not sure of Syns I think 1 syn

morning snack
americano grande with t disc creamer 1.5 Syns

Lunch
Chinese chow mein mugshot - free
Small bunch grapes - free
1.5 turkey sausages ( dog had other half ;)) 2.5 syns but will check
Aldi brooklea mango and passion fruit yoghurt with 2 halves tinned pears 2 Syns (100g)
Small bunch seedless green grapes

Dinner
Syn free shepherds pie with 10g reduced fat cheddar per portion (1 syn?)
Steamed carrots and swede mashed with half tea spoon low fat olive spread (0.5 syn?)
Broccoli and courgettes steamed
Muller cherry yogurt
Orange

Afternoon Snacks - pear
Tea with soya milk from hex a
Sweetener- free
