My SW diary - overcoming my issues with food

I've put on a lot of weight in the last few years and have been totally unable to keep it off. i have always had a problem with my weight ranging from extreme diets, excessive exercise to bulimia. i have overcome this but recently my problem is overeating!!

my mum has lost a lot of weight and kept a steady weight on Slimming World so i thought about time i tried it myself. I want to get myself into a routine of taking the weight off. So far so good, having weighed myself on 30th December post breakdown I was weighing in at 11st 4. Weighed myself this morning and i am 10st 11 and that's before starting SW just cutting out unhealthy foods. Im so happy about this because hitting 11st was the heaviest ive been (im short as hell) so its a start to becoming happy.

Morning-

Vegetable Stir Fry without oil (speed foods)
