(I hope this is in the right place)
Can anyone help me out with the syns in a chicken kebab (not the chicken doner, the actual cubes of chicken/vegetables)?
I've tried searching on here but can only find chicken doner syns, same on syns online
Also, is the salad from kebab shop actually free? (I don't want to eat a load then find out it has hidden syns!)
Hoping to limit my syns by skipping the pitta and going for cubed chicken instead of my usual chicken burger (local kebab shop does the best chicken burger), so I should be able to stay within syns and still enjoy a take-out night!
