Morning, I am brand new to the forum and SW, I only stumbled across your whilst searching online for syn values. I am eating out tonight and know that the only food available will be of the fast food variety. I don't want hamburgers or fried chicken and I know that there is an Itsu but I can't find syn values at all. I've found the nutritional values of the Chicken Rice and think I have worked it out to be a whopping 17 syns. Without knowing the actual size of the pot I calculated it at about 400 grams
D0 you think that sounds right - I'd rather be over in my calculations than under. Also can I use the 5 syns I didn't use yesterday and carry them over for today?
