Hi does anyone know the syn value of the Kellogg cereal Ancient Legends with chia seeds? Thanks in advance x

I first came across Chia seeds 7 yrs ago in Australia. They are a super food, so good for you. They also swell into gluey consistency when they come into contact with a liquid. So when you eat them they really fill you up. My son in law puts them in his bread, but you can sprinkle them on anything really as they are tasteless.

Chia seeds are very high as is linseed etc

I have found a post quoting 25g of chia seeds is 5 syns but that would be a lot to sprinkle over anything.
