Kerry's pregnancy diary
Right so I've jumped on the slimming world band wagon. It seems everyone on here is following the plan n so is my mate from work. I have done the plan before n lost quite a bit of weight but on the red days. Green days didnt agree with me as I didn't lose much. I think this time round I will mainly do extra easy as I think this will suit me best. I started yesterday, having to look online n ask people things in syns as I haven't got any books yet. There is a meeting near me on fri so all being well n if I've lost I will join then. This was yesterday .... Extra easy
.. A - 250ml milk
B - 2 x sml whole meal bread
Breakfast - fruit berry salad
Lunch - wholemeal banana sandwich
Dinner - chicken stir fry with egg noodles n sauce

Snacked on fruit, lean ham
tuna , 0% fat free Yog

Syns - egg noodles - 2.5 syns Riveta - 1.5 Butter - 3 Half tbsp light mayo - 1 Stir fry sauce - 4 Total -12/105 Please tell me if I'm going wrong anywhere, thanks x x
 
Weighed in yesterday at 10st 8.6 so come fri morning if that has gone down on my home scales then I will join my local slimming world meeting at 9.30 am! I go to Tenerife 5 wk's on Friday so I want to b at least 10st for that x

So here goes today ....


Healthy A - 250ml milk
Healthy B - 2 x whole meal bread

Breakfast/ lunch - scrambled egg on toast

Dinner - stew veg n mash with aunt Bessie dumplings

Snacks - activia peach Yog 0% fat , banana
3 sml satsumas, plum

Syns - 3 x aunt Bessie dumplings ( pack mix)
= 12
Butter for mash n toast = 4
Beef in ale dried mix = 6

22 syns for today :-0
35 syns/ 105

Had quite a few syns today but it is Sunday and other half wanted stew. Won't have many tomorrow x
 
So I know I can have milk as my healthy extra a, but can I mix milk n cheese? so like 200ml skimmed milk n a baby bell light? Or not x x
 
Well I decided on a green day so I can have both anyway, having ....

Breakfast - weetabix with skinmed milk ( hex a+b)

Lunch - scrambled egg on 2 x whole meal toast (hex b)

Dinner - jacket pot with baby bell light (hexa) n beans

Snacks will be fruit and 0% fat peach yoghurt x
 
So I'm joining fri all being well, just got the slimming world app but obv I can't use the syns on the go yet cos I'm not a member. Has anyone got this app? Has it got all the syns I need on it or do I still need the slimming world directory x
 
Oh that's brill, no point spending my money on things i don't need then x x
