Tell us a bit more about the diet plan you are on. Assume low carb but does it also recommend protein and fat levels? All low carbers welcome here:)

For Atkins version see the sticky "so you are thinking of starting Atkins" and you should be able to see how similar they are.

Hi,
I understand I should have high fat, moderate protein and low carb.
About 20g of carbs maximum.
I have read your article and it is very similar, just wanted to see if I could be eating anything else high in fat (not dairy based) as my protein and fat are about equal at the moment, im using extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil to cook with.
The idea is to put your body into ketosis so you use fat for fuel.

Sounds very similar then:). Why dont you start a diary in diaries section and list what you plan and then eat - and then people can comment & make suggestions to help
