I'm not sure about mouthwash, but I carry a little mouthspray around in my handbag. I got it from Boots and checked it with my CDC who said it was fine to use. It's sugar-free chewing gum she said not to use.
Hi my CDC said to have a spray but said i could have sugar free gum, she said if i chewed it to long it might make me feel hungry, but it was OK. Don't know which CDC is correct.
My CDC said chew gum only if you are used to it as it could trigger digestion enzymes which would make you hungry. I have got gold spot and retardex from Asda yesterday - they were only £1 each
