Cold hands and feet .... bad breath .... that gives mine away lol! Been trying to find out where I can get Ketostix from, Boots wont give them unless Im diabetic :-(

To be honest I wouldn't bother with the sticks as they make ya paranoid
... if you do the diet 100% you'll be in ketosis around day 3 or 4, but if you really want them you can buy them on ebay.....or say you have a diabetic dog lol...i had to buy them when my dog was diagnosed with it.
