Hi all, I read somewhere u can use these to test if your in ketosis . I've bought some. what reading am I looking for on the colour chart? Does anyone know?? X

Supposedly anything pink is in ketosis but be warned theyre notoriously unreliable.

Ibought the Keto Diastix today, which are meant for diabetics.
They test for ketones and glucose.
Dont know if they are any more reliable, but they are twice the price!!
