King Prawns!!

I've just had a 200gm bag of king prawns cooked. I pointed them at 2 points going off the information on the bag and using the app i have on my phone but....ive just looked in my ww book and it says 100gms of king prawns cooked is 3 so what do i go off the book or what i worked out??

you need to check if those values off the bag are cooked, a lot of food value changes once cooked

Ahhh okay....the bag was thrown in the bin so i pointed them as 6.

just for you to know fresh king prawns are 4 points for the whole carton, i think there is 225g in there, i had them today mmmm!!!
