krave cereal and ravioli syn value

Hi all,

I have searched but can't seam to find an answer.
Does anyone know the syn value of a bowl of kraves? (Well they are actually the aldi brand craze but I'm sure they will be similar)

Also while I'm here the syn value of aldi own brand canned ravioli (or any canned ravioli)
