If you have the packet there, you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 cals

I'm not too sure of the syn value & I don't think they are now a hexb. have you tried doing a search?

You can search on the app, there is a search button
or alternatively type it into google and the minimjns search results tend to be the first results

Pagen golden wheat are 3 syns each & pagen wholegrain 2.5 syns each. I've search SW &. Can't see them listed as hexb.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but are the syns value still the same? Or are they now hexB? This is the newest thread I could find and ir 2013!

Oooh I have been using them as my HeB all week as I always had them when I done SW a few years back. I dont have the most recent books though so maybe they arent a HeB anymore... :sign0007: Shame though coz I always loved having them before. Hopefully someone can clarify x
