Ks cd chubloss diary

Hi, I'm completely new to both posting and Cambridge diet, mainly looking for support and to see how others are getting on!
Currently in day 4, no cheating although day 2 was the most horrendous trying ever, nausea and a headache that could only have been created by satan!!
4 stone exactly to lose until I get to a bmi of 25 fingers crossed it comes of quickly as I'm thoroughly demoted by complete lack of any weight loss after 4 months of healthy eating and exercise... Have lost a stone and a half since last Feb which is of course a small victory but definitely not good enough!!

Well... Day 5 all
Was going well, I'd been for a leisurely swim, had two shakes and then to the cinema.
Which resulted in going for dinner afterwards... Wasn't horrendous but had water and a chicken salad... Tummy is feeling funny and massively wishing I had had a shake instead.
Ah well... Back on it 100% tomorrow
So... Day 7 no hunger which is awesome, getting weighed in Monday at 6pm... Cannot wait to see the results of this first week. Have resisted the temptation of hoping on my scales.. Would like a nice surprise tomorrow!!
Feeling happy and also that I have def lost some of the chub!!
Wow... So have just been to weigh in... NINE POUNDS lost in week one.. To say I'm over the moon is an understatement!!
Have bought a bigger range of the shake flavours this week so boredom doesn't set in!!

Well all was going well this week, 100% on plan looooads of water and the the other half came home from working abroad... Soooo harvester it was. Had salad, half a portion of rib of beef and some sweet potato fries. Tried to be as good as possible
Have tested this afternoon and still in ketosis so hopefully not too much damage done.
Would really like to hit 5lb loss this week which would be a stone in two weeks, hoping this is not too much wishful thinking lol
