I had to go on a lactofree diet a few months ago and since being diagnosed with Crohns I tend to stick to lactofree as some cheeses and yoghurts really upset my stomach.
I use 35g lactofree cheese as my healthy a sometimes.
Unfortunately the flavoured Soya yoghurts from Asda or Tesco are 2 syns. I am not sure if the alpro ones are higher.
I can tolerate the total 0% Greek yoghurt but only in small doses.
It is difficult but it can be done
