    Hi everyone, well today im feeling abit low, feel like im not goina have a loss this week, well it is the tom :sigh:

    Do any of you ladies ever gain wen its tom :confused: ??

    2nd weighin 16.8
    3rd weighin on Saturday

    Hey hun I'm on TOTM as well and get horrible PMS. Mine passes during my first day though so I'm glad to see it arrive!!! lol!!

    In regards to weight I carry between 3-6lbs at TOTM and it comes off the next week so don't worry too much!!

    It was my TOTM last week first WI and I managed to lose. I found with this diet that I didn't gain as much at TOTM where I had when on previous diets. Not sure why that is but I'm not complaining and tbh if you have a gain for TOTM don't get disheartened as you know the reason for it :) x x x

    I think a vast majority gain or their loss is less than normal.... with a bigger loss the week after....

    Its just water retention!!! XX

    I know but i just dont wanna c a + on the scales, think its the thot of seeing anything higher than 15.11 thats wot i weighed lastweek..
