Can anyone tell me how many syns for a standard size kebab meat from the takeaway?? Thankyou

Depends how it is cooked.
I used to work in one and they always flame grilled theirs. The spices are often added with oil though so you will need to syn that.
I have them with salad in a pitta (syn that) and add yoghurt sauce at home.
It uses up quite a few syns for dinner but it is so worth it
BTW That is all on EE.
