Step 1 Sole Source Last stone!

So I’ve been on Cambridge for a little while now and have managed to lose 3 stones. I’m so pleased with the results and I am now down to losing my lady stone. But it’s proving to be the hardest one!

I have been eating the meal replacements such as spaghetti bolognese and porridge but last week my counsellor advised me to try the shakes to kick things up a notch in the last mile but I’m still finishing this so hard! I’m dying to be at my goal weight and am so close I can almost taste it but it just seems so far away...

I live this diet as the results are so worth the effort but I just wondered if anyone was in the same position and felt the same? Is anyone’s will power wilting like my hair in this current heat??
