Day 1 : 1st January 2013 EE
breakfast : mullerlight yoghurt and banana
lunch : salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, jacket potatoes & tuna and a banana after
dinner : 3 eggs (scrambled) with chopped bacon (fat removed), mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, baked beans and a slice of best of both seeded from 800g loaf (HE) and a greek style muller (1/2 syn)

No chocolate craving as since Christmas it must have replaced my blood!
