:D Well hello! Last year, in July, I signed up to online slimming world (gold) but it was too much too soon with quitting cigarettes too so I kept my magazines and the books all ready for January and I have been writing down all my food in an exercise book. Having stumbled on this forum while googling recipes I decided to register and will copy up the last 53 days!! :eek: and those that follow......


Day 1 : 1st January 2013 EE

breakfast : mullerlight yoghurt and banana

lunch : salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, jacket potatoes & tuna and a banana after

dinner : 3 eggs (scrambled) with chopped bacon (fat removed), mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, baked beans and a slice of best of both seeded from 800g loaf (HE) and a greek style muller (1/2 syn)

wotsits (5 syns)

drinks : 2 mugs of tea using (HE), NAS orange squash and diet coke

No chocolate craving as since Christmas it must have replaced my blood!
 
Day 2 : 2nd January 2013 EE

breakfast : mug of tea, 2x weetabix with sliced banana and milk from (HE)

lunch : 4x small potatoes microwaved as jackets then cut into wedges and oven baked with 2 tins of WW salmon in lemon mayonnaise (4 syns) with carrot, broccoli and sweetcorn (microwave bag) followed by mullerlight

dinner : pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, wafer thin ham, 2x hard boiled eggs, 2x tablespoons of lighter than light mayonnaise (1 syn) and a banana

snacks : banana and light choices choc 'n' orange cereal bar (4 syns)

drinks : NAS orange squash and mug of tea (with cereal bar)
 
Day 3 : 3rd January 2013 EE

breakfast : mug of tea, bacon, 2x eggs and a large tomato then banana and mullerlight

lunch : potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and parsnips all roasted with fry light and mixed herbs and cod (baked in foil with lemon juice and herbs) an apple

dinner : rest of yesterday's pasta mix with a wholemeal roll (HE) tablespoon of lighter than light mayonnaise (1/2 syn) with wafer thin ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce, wotsits (5 syns)

snacks: light choices choc 'n' orange cereal bar (4 syns)

drinks : NAS orange squash, diet coke, mug of tea x 2
 
Day 4 : 4th January 2013 EE

breakfast : mug of tea and 2x bananas

lunch : pasta, wafer thin ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, pepper, 1 tablespoon asda light mayonnaise (1 syn) and 30g cheddar (HE) followed by mug of tea with 2/3 of a chunky kitkat (9 syns)

snack : melon, kiwi, apple, grapes, orange and strawberries in fruit salad

dinner : wholemeal roll (HE), wafer thin ham, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pepper, 1 tablespoon lighter than light mayonnaise (1/2 syn) and skips (4 syns)

drinks : NAS orange squash and tea as stated
 
Day 5 : 5th January 2013 EE

brunch : mug of tea, bacon, 2x eggs, spaghetti in tomato sauce and a wholemeal roll (HE)

dinner : ham, 2x boiled eggs, mushrooms, onion, pepper, tomatoes, jacket potato wedges

snacks : mullerlight, banana, greek style muller (1/2 syn), brunch raisin bar (7 1/2 syns)

drinks : camomile tea, 2x mugs of tea, NAS orange squash
 
Day 6 : 6th January 2013 EE

breakfast : mug of tea, 2x eggs, tomato, mushrooms, banana and mullerlight

lunch : salmon fillet, potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower then orange and choc mullerlight

dinner : wholemeal roll (HE), wafer thin turkey, babyleaf salad, tomato, cucumber, kraft french dressing, 1 tablespoon lighter than light mayonnaise (1/2 syn) then fresh pineapple and banana

snacks : walkers sour cream and chive baked crisps (5 syns) tesco value choc chip cake bar (5 1/2 syns)

drinks : sugar free dandelion and burdock, mug of tea, NAS orange squash
 
Day 7 : 7th January 2013 EE

breakfast : mug of tea, grapes, strawberries, melon, banana with strawberry mullerlight

lunch : wholemeal roll (HE), wafer thin turkey, lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grapes and strawberries


dinner : jacket potatoes, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (1/2 syn), salmon fillet, lettuce and tomatoes, kraft french dressing


snacks : brunch bar (7 1/2 syns), greek style muller (1/2 syn)

Day 8 : 8th January 2013 EE

lunch : 2x wholemeal toast, mackerel fillets in tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, baby leaf lettuce leaves, cucumber then turkish delight mullerlight

dinner : pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, wafer thin ham, 2x 18g chedd bricks (HE), banana

snacks : 25g jelly beans (4 1/2 syns), tesco value choc chip cake bar (5 1/2 syns)

Day 9 : 9th January 2013 EE

dinner : batchelors pasta in sauce (made with water) cheese and broccoli with steamed spinach then melon and grapes

then it all went wrong.......
