Well hello! Last year, in July, I signed up to online slimming world (gold) but it was too much too soon with quitting cigarettes too so I kept my magazines and the books all ready for January and I have been writing down all my food in an exercise book. Having stumbled on this forum while googling recipes I decided to register and will copy up the last 53 days!! and those that follow......
Day 1 : 1st January 2013 EE
breakfast : mullerlight yoghurt and banana
lunch : salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, jacket potatoes & tuna and a banana after
dinner : 3 eggs (scrambled) with chopped bacon (fat removed), mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, baked beans and a slice of best of both seeded from 800g loaf (HE) and a greek style muller (1/2 syn)

drinks : 2 mugs of tea using (HE), NAS orange squash and diet coke
No chocolate craving as since Christmas it must have replaced my blood!
