Last year I quit smoking, this year I'll get a healthy BMI.. :) just add choc!

Right so now that's up to date I will try to post each day or as regularly as possible as well as write it in my book (certainly won't do another 53 days worth in one day, I ache!!)

I forgot to say I use long life 500ml cartons for the skimmed milk in my tea, it last 2 days sometimes three but I figure the difference covers me for the odd cup of tea at work and family/friends who use semi skimmed.

As you can see I do love my chocolate so if you have any yummy low syn chocolate treats I'd love to know and if anyone notices i'm going wrong I'm all ears too.

I plan to eat this way for good now so definitely in it for the long haul, don't want to lose it then put it all back on so wish me luck, I'll need it :D
 
Day 54 : 23rd February 2013 GREEN

breakfast : mug of tea, apple

lunch : alpen light bar (HE), 2x apples (not ideal but healthiest I could grab with time short)

dinner : 2x wholemeal toast (HE), spaghetti hoops, scrambled eggs

snacks : activia 0% banoffee yoghurt, sour cream and chive snackajacks (4 1/2 syns)

drinks : NAS squash, tea
 
Day 55 : 24th February 2013 GREEN

breakfast : mug of tea, fruit salad (2x oranges, 2x kiwi, 1x banana, handful of red grapes), vanilla and choc mullerlight

lunch : onion & chive cottage cheese, shredded lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes then mango

dinner : mushroom & pepper SW quiche, sweet potato and potato SW chips, lettuce

snacks : 3x alpen light bars (1 1/2 HE), sour cream and chive snackajacks (4 1/2 syns), cadbury mini fingers (6 syns)

drinks : NAS squash, tea
 
Day 56 : 25th February 2013 GREEN

breakfast : mug of tea, alpen light bar (1/2 HE), banana

lunch : lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, mushroom and pepper sw quiche then coconut mullerlight

dinner : 2x wholemeal toast, baked beans, 2x poached eggs then whole mango

snacks : apple, banana, 30g cheddar (HE), banana custard mullerlight, alpen light bar (1/2 HE), sour cream and chive snackajacks (4 1/2 syns), 2 finger orange kitkat (5 1/2 syns)

drinks : tea, NAS squash

and it was WI today and I lost 3lb!! :D but I think I will be weighing in on Sunday from now on.
