Hi Folks,
I wasn't at my weigh in last night so used my scales at home, and by my calculations I've lost 2lbs this week so I haven't quite made my target this month. However, I'm still 8.5lbs lighter than I was at the end of July so it's all good... Fingers crossed for a bit more of a loss next month though! Congrats to everyone else on their losses for August, and best wishes to everyone who still has their last weigh ins for the month to come!

Doing well lovely ladies, I went for a drop in today to keep me motivated and on the straight and narrow. I also needed to collect a water flavouring. Anyway I lost another 4lb so mega happy with this and I have hit my goal!! xx

Thanks BL - I'm not too disappointed with this week's 3lb loss, as I ate some food on Monday due to it seeming to be the 'right thing' to do in the situation. But I chose well, ate little, and didn't knock myself out of ketosis so I'm proud of myself.

last weigh in of August and lost 2.5lbs which was better than I was expecting. Missed my target by 4.25lbs hopefully I will successfully manage next months target!! xx

Evening Eatlikeabird, I am using it to finish on Monday but I don't think their is a set 'rule'. If you want it to be until the 31st I can't see why it's a problem. I like things that start and finish on Mondays, bit of an OCD thing for me!! Hope you are well xx

Just wondering cause I weigh in on Wednesday and wondering if it applies to this challenge or the next? I'm doing well. I can slowly start to see a bit of difference in my clothes. Another month and I should be in a smaller size. One of the bad things about wearing stretchy casual clothes is they were tight when I started and only just starting to get baggy. I'm in a size 20 trouser, can't wait to get to smaller sizes, I have one small size 18 jeans and 4 pairs of size 16 jeans.
