Oh I'm always making soup with whatever veg is on offer. Fill the pan with 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 chopped onion and chopped veg, stock to just cover veg and then simmer till veg is soft and blitz. I use 1 stock cube which is 1 syn but it makes a full pan which I eat over 3 days or so. Not technically syn free, but 1 syn for 3 days worth of soup.
Wannabemine, I use laughing cow xtra lights for kievs hun. Take a couple of your triangles, and some finely chopped cloves of garlic and a pinch of mixed herbs, mix until the cheese is really soft. Take a chicken fillet make a opening and stuff with the cheese mixture. Make some breadcrumbs from part of your HEB and add a few chilli flakes. beat a egg dip your stuffed chicken fillet in egg then coat in the breadcrumb mixture and bake on gas 5 for half an hour or so mmmmm delish
I use LC lights now its still 5 triangles and you can buy the bigger pack so it works out better value for money, I also reckon they taste a bit more cheesey but that could just be me
I also put LC light on toast rather than having it dry when im having it with soup or scrambled eggs, and i stir it through pasta when im stuck for something to put with it
