Laura Jayne .... This diets no Pain :)

    Hi gals (and guys)
    I figured 12 weeks into this i really should start logging my intake. If i AM doing anything wrong its hard to get feedback without putting this up.
    So firstly My BMR atm is 1936 (unfortunatly i lead a sedatary life, desk jobs are not diet frendly). I had planned on aiming for 1000-1200 per day, wich hopefully should be 1.5-2lb loss per week. Also started taking Alli today.

    Todays intake

    Breakfast
    Bowl of Oat So Simple - 216Kcal
    200ml Orange juice - 94Kcal
    Pro Active - 52Kcal
    Mug of Tea - 29Kcal
    (1st Alli tablet)

    Snack
    Apple - 54Kcal

    Dinner
    Wholemeal pork and stuffing sandwich with lighter than light spread. - 179Kcal
    Apple - 54Kcal
    (second Alli tablet)

    Tea
    Regge Regge chicken, small amount of mash and baked beans - 357Kcal
    Mug of tea - 29Kcal
    Low Cal Hartleys Jelly - 10 Kcal
    (Last Tablet)

    Cup of Options hot choc - 33Kcal

    Total 1107.

    Is this about right or am i over/under eating. Any imput appreciated

    Everyone is different, I started like this and lost three stone easily, I struggled greatly with the forth stone and I'm having to up my cals to try and get started with shifting the fifth stone... if it's been working for you so far then carry on, but be prepared for a slow in your loss as your metabolism gets used to functioning on so few cals, especially if you're not introducing exercise.     Also now you're on Alli keep an extremely close eye on all your fat in take... you don't want any accidents!!! x
