Hiya all
Just to update on my journey, I hav been on re-feed this week n my weight stayed same, which am very pleased with :D:D

Am havin to leave LT now due to some personal health issues (not entirely due to LT), so from next week am on healthy eating, doing a low carb diet with 4 hrly gym sessions a week with a personal trainer.

I hav lost a big 60 lbs in 12 weeks on 100% TFR, which am very very happy with. I hav gone from a size 22 to a size14, n I can fit in some size 12 tops nicely in some shops. So it can definitely b done, am proof of it. :D:D

the last 28 lbs, I want to lose it steadily, n get down to a comfortable 10, but will be quite happy with a loose 12!

Wish u all good luck in ur journey n hope al of u reach your goals. Am still goin to b around n support u all as much as I can. If anyone want a chat, u can always private message me.

hey! good luck.. if you sometimes dont feel like going gym.. i know i find a billion excuses.. have a look into some fitness videos.. my brother and friend used one called P90X.. they have done incredibly well.. if you youtube p90x transformations you will see how well they have done.. if you would like the CD's send me a message and il send you some

Hi there, I don't know how I missed your post. You lost 60 Ibs in 12 weeks, what an achievement, well done:D Thanks for all your support and encouragement, good luck let's know how well you are doing with low carb diet:D
