Lest We Forget

I thought I would just put a little post up to remember our heroes past and present who have allowed us our futures.

We owe it to them and ourselves to enjoy our lives and not waste them wishing we would have done things.

So we didn't just wish we would be slimmer and lose weight for whatever personal reason medical, lifestyle, health, vanity etc, we made a choice to do the CDW and change our lives. A life that we should never take for granted and a life we should treasure as those gave up theirs for ours.
