    So started back on Thursday night realised I weighed more than I had in 13years ouch back on plan yesterday's food was as follows .

    morning 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and raspberries
    snack for work mango and apple
    Tuna salad for lunch
    grilled sea bream carrots broccoli and home made wedges for tea

    Mini roll as I was watching master chef yummy 6 sins

    highlight of my day my manger in my one to one congratulating me on joining sw as she has never seen me so large .... Cheeky mare

    Food diary for sat

    breakfast natural yogurt pineapple and some blueberries

    lunch egg and ham salad with fat free vinegrette

    home made chilli with extra lean mince onions peppers pasatta garlic fresh chillies tomatoes ... Salad and homemade wedges wholemeal roll toasted with garlic hen

    desert frozen muller light

    sins vodka with diet coke ...

    want to try the overnight oats for tomorrow has anyone tried them? Xx
