lidl crispbreads and sugar/fat free lollies

I have bought some of Lidl's own sesame crisp breads as ryvitas here are 1.70 a packet and Lidl's are 70 and taste delish.

They contain..............
34 calories a slice
1.2g per slice protien
5.8g per slice carbs.
0.1g per slice fat
1.6g fibre
0.1g sodium

The lollies are a sorbet and almost orgasmic

They contain
38 calories per lolly
carbohydrates per lolly 20.4g
protien per lolly 0.3g.
fats 0.21g
fibre 5.0g
sodium 0.01g

The lollies are easy to work out as they have no "redeeming features" - so you can use the formula of dividing calories by 29 to get syns.

So that means they are two syns each, if they are 38 calories each. Sounds good!

Are they Lidl Grafschafter Sesame ones? If so you can have 3 as a HeB or they are 1.5 each.
