Lidl Frozen Paella - does anyone know the syns???

I have got a bag of frozen paella from Lidl and have no idea if it should be synned and if so how much it would be - I cant see it anywhere in book and have searched on here but cant find it

It is in a red bag and is rice, chicken, seafood, various veg so shouldnt be too bad......

Any help greatly appreciated!!!

got a similar bag from the looks of it the calories are quite low considering it is primarily made up of rice.

You would need to post the nutritional info and main ingredient so someone can work it out on the syn calculator. But I would think it will almost certainly be synned.
