Lidl help - urgent !

Have finally agreed to a leaving date from work and feel the need to celebrate.

Nothing in at home. Going to Lidl on the way home for dishwasher tablets - what can I get from there that's yummy and very low syn?

I'm thinking like the lamb shanks or the gammon and salsa from Aldi. That kind of stuff.

Any ideas please?

Lidl do sell fresh meats, tins of salmon, tuna and things, I don't have my bible on me today because I went for a job interview. I know their savoury rice selection is similar to Bach rice - like 1/2 syn a pack and what not, maybe get some of that and some fresh meat, chicken or something and make a chicken and rice dish, get some eggs make a rough omelette chop it up and you have nice and easy chicken fried rice?

holly view ready to eat chicken tikka slices, chilled
holly view ready to eat chinese chicken breast slices, chilled

there isn't a lot other than that, that's low in syns sorry x

Thanks girls. Maybe I'll forget the dishwasher tablets (who loads the dishwasher when celebrating?!?) and go to Aldi instead!

had the Aldi gammon with mango salsa ... OMG, totally yummy. With chips and peas. nomnomnomnom

And I got the lamb shanks with red wine sauce for tonight !

the lamb shanks are really yummy. Try them on top of a huge mound of mashed carrot and swede. I love carrot and swede mash with lamb.
