Lidl valley spire cottage cheese

Hi can anyone tell me how many Syns are in a tub of valley spire pineapple cottage cheese please?
Its lidl own brand and I'm getting from the constancy its not going to be fat free. Thanks

Hiya, Lidl Valley Spire Natural Cottage Cheese (per 100g) is Free and so is Lidl Valley Spire Cottage Cheese with Onion & Chives (per 100g) as well as Lidl Goldessa Cottage Cheese, Light (per 100g). I use Lidl cottage cheese all the time
