Lighter Life for Men

My husband is so impressed he now wants to do the program. What's the program like for the men? I know it's only eight weeks compared to women's thirteen. Does anyone have any advice or information about it?

When I first bought LighterLife magazine, it came with a supplement for Men, I was suitably impressed by this supplement and the success stories. I thought that if men could do it, then I can do it! I am a woman, I know but I thought that VLCD was too hard so I was inspired by what I read!
