    Hi my fellow lipotrimerrs :) hope your all well
    so heres the deal, i hate being fat :(
    i am 5ft 4 inc and currently weigh 10st 12lbs !!!!!
    this is ridiculous. im a size 12 and would love to a size 8, the only thing is i cant stick to these milkshakes,the temptation is always just to much and i cannot resist the foods that just are not good for me !!!
    i have just booked my summer holiday to the maldives for the end of july and HAVE to be slim by then!!!!
    my intention is th begin lipotrim tomorrow on the TRF programme!1
    i would really appreciate your sucess stories so far, hints and tips etc to keep my motivated and that one step closer to just being HAPPY

    Hi Bushka, you have to commit to it, it works but it's no stroll in the park! Week 1 is killer, be prepared for it, 7 difficult days, but after that you realise you are in control and your goal seems more than doable! I am at the end if week 2, but a few years ago I had fantastic success on Cambridge! I felt like a new person, confident, happy and attractive!

    Push yourself, if you give in before you start, you will never succeed, if you crumble during the week, tell yourself you will be back at those 7 days further down the line, so choose to just do them once, do this diet once, live a few uncomfortable months for a happy life!

    hey cherry coke.
    ive tried this diet so many times two days in i just give in :( i dont even think its becuase im hungry, its the fact i cant eat makes me want to eat more. im aware once i start it ill get in the routine and things will be easier. how long did you do cambridge for? how much did you loose?
    if i take exlax and cod liver tablets on lipotrim will it affect my weight loss??
    well done on getting to the end of week two. i admire your determination. how much have you lost?
    i find it harder because im currently first year uni student so the temptations are so much worse. going out and soicialising is necessary especially DRINKING!!!!
    have you cheated on LT yet ?
