Exercise- 2 mile fast paced walk

Day 7 (Green Day)

Oat so simple porridge (HeB)
milk (HeA)

Lunch
1/2 Spanish Tortilla (yesterdays leftovers)
Homemade lentil soup

Dinner
Chow mein - egg noodles, beansprouts, peppers, onions, spices, soy sauce, 56g chicken & 85g prawns (HeB)

Snack
2 x apple
f/f activia
Tea
milky coffee (HeA)

Water - 4 pints with NAS Squash

So weigh day again today and I STS which is surprising after saturdays blow out! Managed to complete my challenge to walk 10 miles through the week and to drink at least 3 pints of water per day. Didn't manage to cut down on the caffine and with essays and exams coming up soon it doesnt look like i'll manage it anytime soon.
So this week i'm going to keep up with the 10miles and drinking 3 pints a day, oh and being 100% of course :p.

Day 1 (Extra Easy Day)

Breakfast

2 slices bacon (visible fat removed)
2 scrambled eggs
toast (HeB)

Lunch
Baked potato
Tuna/sweetcorn mayo (1.5 syns)
salad - lettuce, cucumber, beetroot


Dinner
Spaghetti carbonara - spaghetti, bacon, onion, milk & 3 EL laughing cows triangles (HeA), quark, egg
fruit salad

Snack
apple
coffee

Water - 4 pints with NAS Squash

2 x scrambled eggs (0.5 syns for milk)

Lunch
BLT - Bacon with fat removed, mayo (2.5 syns), lettuce, 2 slices wholemeal bread (HeB)
Carrot soup

Dinner
1/2 Lasagne - lean mince, passata, peppers, onion, courgette, 2 lasgnes sheets, mixed herbs, garlic
White sauce and cheese - (2 syns, HeA)
sw wedges


Snack

pineapple
grapes
