I'm yet another newbie trying to lose some weight in 2009! I've lost around 1st since June 2008 through healthy eating and generally being more active, but would like to make more of an effort in 2009.
I've been lurking around the forum for the last few days, and think the support you give to each other is fabulous. Can't wait to be a part of it all.
