LL & CD

what is the diffrence? i didnt think there was any diffrence apart from price but nowim thinking diffrent!!! alot of people have changed from one to another but i dont understand why? HELP xxxxx

From what I know CD is cheaper because it doesn't include the group counselling sessions you get with LL.

I think the shakes etc are slightly different flavours.

I think most people tend to swap for the cost.

I swapped partially as I couldn't afford LL, and partially as the counselling didn't suit me. I'm finding the flavours and stuff available on CD much nicer as well
