LL to CD?

I have been on LL for the past 7 weeks and have lost 2 stone 3lbs so very pleased. :D

My hubby has been doing CD for 6 weeks and has also lost 2 stone 2lbs. :D

I have been thinking of changing over from LL to CD mostly as it will be £20 per week cheaper and also the CD lady is much closer to my home than the LL class. I do appreciate I wont have the Councilling aspect on CD. :wave_cry:

I have 4 packs on LL and would continue to have 4 on CD (although for my height I am only supposed to have 3) but I think calorie wise it would work out about the same. I just think I have got used to 4 a day so would find it hard to go down to 3.

Has anyone changed over from one to the other and if so did it go ok? Is there anything else I need to consider?

I have done CD before but never kept it going as at the time my head wasnt in the right place but having done Sole Source now for 7 weeks I think I have cracked it!

I dont want to upset things that are going so well but it does annoy me that hubby's packs are so much cheaper!!!!

i tried it the last time i did LL - it didn't work for me purely because my husband thought as it was cheaper it was ok to have a few bits to eat here and then and i for some reason i didn't say no! i just couldn't get into it again after eating, also the cd lady didn't give me a set time and day when she was coming round and I'm very strange as i like routine! I think you are in the right mindset though and it will be a lot easier to do it as your hubby sounds so determined not like my sabotaging one!! xx

yes I am lucky hubby is doing it as it makes it so much easier - no other food in the house, other than Cat & Dog food and I think we would have to be really desparate to eat that! :D

My son has been home for a few days and of course I had to get food in for him, the other night I suddenly smelt the food he was cooking and it seemed very strainge as we havent cooked anything since the end of January! :D

If you have your husbands support the chances are you will be OK. But cnsider carefully if you need the counselling. For me it is vital - but if your food issues are not all that hidden like mine were - you might be OK just sorting them out for yourself.

For £20 I would stick with LL but only you can make that decision.
